Every structure of furniture has a different Installation method. No Require for Installation - These furniture categories are built for a ready-to-use. Just enjoying whenever its arrival. Requirement of Self-Installation – Jalaram furniture is an expert design the structure to help customers assemble by themselves via introducing a very easy knock & out mechanism. You are additionally provided with a free installation guide. Require Expert Installation - Some furniture category that requires expert installation help, for which we offer assembly services across enlisted cities such as Surat, Bharuch, Ankleshwar, Vadodara, Vapi, Valsad, and across Gujarat.

Jalaram Furniture provides the installation with delivery, but in some products, categories get delivered early and our installation team arrives at the location within 48-72 hours to initiate the process. Jalaram Furniture doesn’t recommend you to pay any extra amount asked by the delivery person. If paid, we shall not be accountable for any type of reimbursement.

Jalaram Furniture’s delivery service is free for locations across South Gujarat with our terms and condition. For some specific pin codes, (in which we don’t deliver), kindly get in touch with our support team.

Jalaram Furniture provides generally 1-year warranty on all products with our terms. And especially 5 years warranty provide for Jalaram sofa. This limited warranty does not apply to: • Small cuts, scratches, or damage during the cleaning process • Damaged caused by the incorrect installation of a product by customers • Cracks during the random displacement • Product kept in contact to direct sunlight and water, resulting in decaying of wood.

Jalaram Furniture offered all product prices inclusive of all the taxes with free delivery and installation within South Gujarat and a minimum order value of 10000/-.

It is very simple to write to support@jalaramfurnituremall.com with the customer order number and date before your scheduled delivery date and the Jalaram furniture customer care team will update the system for the customer! Jalaram Furniture can deny the customer’s request at the last minute to change the address.

If any customer would like to change any order before it is shipped out to the customer, Jalaram furniture will gladly process it with no additional costs to the customer. If paid in advance, exchanges are only available for items of the same price or less. The balance amount will be refunded in the same process as the payment system. If a customer would like to exchange for an item of a higher price, Jalaram Furniture will cancel the original item for the customer. Delivery fees will be waived. Unfortunately, the customer will not be able to exchange items or order after the customer has received an email confirming delivery. The customer will need to return the item (see our return policy) and place a new order.
