7How can customers change delivery addresses?
It is very simple to write to support@jalaramfurnituremall.com with the customer order number and date before your scheduled delivery date and the Jalaram furniture customer care team will update the system for the customer! Jalaram Furniture can deny the customer’s request at the last minute to change the address.
8The customer received the order but would like to return it.
If any customer would like to change any order before it is shipped out to the customer, Jalaram furniture will gladly process it with no additional costs to the customer. If paid in advance, exchanges are only available for items of the same price or less. The balance amount will be refunded in the same process as the payment system. If a customer would like to exchange for an item of a higher price, Jalaram Furniture will cancel the original item for the customer. Delivery fees will be waived.
