Jalaram Furniture provides a 15-day return policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the customer changes their mind, return their purchase to Jalaram furniture within 15 days of the date customer received the item. Jalaram Furniture will issue the refunds to the same process of payment as the system. And Jalaram furniture will arrange for the item to be picked up from the delivered address! But Customers have to fill online return form at jalaramfurniture.com.

If the Customer’s product arrived damaged or received the incorrect product, Jalaram Furniture is happy to change for a replacement. Customers have requested a replacement form to be filled online at Jalaramfurniture.com

Jalaram Furniture reserves the right to reject any returns if the product does not meet all conditions which are delivered as actual.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Jalaram Furniture Refund Amount

If the Customer placed an order but would like to change the order or cancel? Don’t be worries! Customers can cancel the order with an extra charge and receive a full refund amount with our payment system. If the customer received an email confirming order delivery, delivery costs will be non-refundable and there is a restocking fee of 15% of the price you paid for the item.

Customers get refunded Amount = Paid Price – Delivery Fee – Restocking Fee (15% of customer Paid Price)Because of customer’s item would already be loaded into the delivery vehicle and on its way to the customer.

Jalaram Furniture would already face incurred costs to prepare and schedule customer’s delivery.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@jalaramfurnituremall.com and send your item to: Jalaram Furniture Mall:- 1, Mangalwadi, Jalaram Estate, Kapodra, Varachha main Road, Surat.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should contact to our Customer Care.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
