Changing Your Order:

If any customer would like to change any order before it is shipped out to the customer, Jalaram furniture will gladly process it with no additional costs to the customer. If paid in advance, exchanges are only available for items of the same price or less. The balance amount will be refunded in the same process as the payment system. If a customer would like to exchange for an item of a higher price, Jalaram Furniture will cancel the original item for the customer. Delivery fees will be waived.

Unfortunately, the customers will not be able to exchange items or order after they customer has received an email confirming delivery. The customer will need to return the item (see our return policy) and place a new order.

Cancellation Policy:

If a Customer Placed an order but would like to change the order or cancel? Don’t be worries! Customers can cancel the order with an extra charge and receive a full refund amount with our payment system. If the customer received an email confirming order delivery, delivery costs will be non-refundable and there is a restocking fee of 15% of the price you paid for the item.

Customers get refunded Amount = Paid Price – Delivery Fee – Restocking Fee (15% of customer Paid Price)

Holding of Order:

Jalaram furniture can hold a customer’s order for a maximum of 2 Months from the date that the customer’s order can be delivered from Jalaram furniture’s warehouse. If you would like more information, please email us at support@jalaramfurnituremall.com 

Shipping:

Jalaram furniture currently provides any furniture order, and ships to any address in Gujarat, India. If you would like your order to be shipped to any other country, please write to us at support@jalaramfurnituremallcom 

Jalaram Furniture ships orders through our in-house delivery team, and other carefully selected delivery service providers especially for Door-step Deliveries. Please note that furniture items are only delivered within the n Gujarat which the selected pin code.

Jalaram Furniture’s Standard or Regular Delivery timing is Monday to Saturday 10:00 am to 10:00 am – 6:00 pm. For your convenience.

Shipping Rates

Enjoy all free shipping on all orders above 10000/- rupee and pay only 500/- rupee (for home furnishing items) or 700/- rupee (for furniture items) for orders under 10000/- rupee. Shipping Duration & Delivery Policy

Delivery Policy: Occasionally, Jalaram furniture may ship customers separately due to the nature of the products. In these instances, you will NOT be charged any extra delivery fees. 
We aim to help all customers save on delivery charges, Jalaram furniture will usually consolidate customers’ items in one single order and ship them together. 

If we delivered the wrong item then, please contact our customer care number. We solve the problem within seven days and a replacement will be shipped to you at no extra charge. 

Staircase charge:

If Jalaram furniture’s delivery team is unable to proceed with the delivery via elevators (e.g. furniture is unable to fit into the elevator or a working elevator is unavailable), additional charges per item will be applicable as follows:

  • 100/- per item per non-lift-accessible story 
  • To be paid directly to the delivery team in cash before commencement.
